Weir Mitchell in 1878. Clinical manifestations disease worsen physical psychological condition patient leading to reduced quality life, increased morbidity mortality. Currently, etiotropic therapy for erythromelalgia that demonstrates high efficacy individuals with this pathology, has not been developed. Moreover, there no consensus on treatment strategies category patients, emphasized absence clinical guidelines erythromelalgia. Treatment patients currently based sequential pharmacotherapy order select most effective therapy.
CLINICAL CASE: We presented result surgical 15-year-old adolescent using invasive spinal cord stimulation.
DISCUSSION: remains an understudied lack sufficient understanding its etiology pathogenesis. For time Russia, technique stimulation used pediatric erythromelalgia, which resulted significant reduction neuropathic pain, restoration vasomotor regulation form edema hyperemia.
CONCLUSIONS: In prolonged pronounced refractory pain caused only alternative symptomatic drug therapy. Spinal should be considered as method treating associated pharmacoresistant forms
